END OF SEASON SALE ITEMS ARE IN A FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT RETURN. WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. SALE ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE PURCHASE.

At AMSRE we understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item.

A refund or exchange can take place, only within 14 days of you receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, you then have a further 14 days from when your request was approved to get the order back to us. Any orders that fall outside this time frame will not be eligible for processing and returned back to you (unless damaged).

Returned items must be in perfect, re-saleable condition with tags still attached and unworn. Any items returned that have aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke on them will not be refunded.

All items MUST be returned in the original dust bag provided. This bag is used to prevent postal damage. Any items that you think may have been damaged on its way back to us, we will not be held responsible to issue a refund/exchange.

Return costs are at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be given if a parcel is lost in the post. We would fully recommend that the parcel is sent via a tracked delivery method.

Returns or exchanges MUST include your full name, address and order number. This will already be inside your parcel, or your order confirmation form. Without this, we will be unable to locate your order.

Please allow up to 14 days for the returns/exchange process to be completed once received by us.
