RETURNS POLICY:

At AMSRE we understand that sometimes, you may need to return an item. To start a return, please CLICK HERE.

A refund or exchange can take place, only within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Returned items must be in perfect, re-saleable condition with tags still attached and unworn. Any items returned that have aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke on them will not be refunded.

All items MUST be returned in the original dust bag provided. This bag is used to prevent postal damage. Any items that you think may have been damaged on its way back to us, we will not be held responsible to issue a refund/exchange.

Postage on returns is at the customers own risk and cost. No refunds will be given if a parcel is lost in the post. We would fully recommend that the parcel is sent via a tracked delivery method.

Returns or exchanges MUST include your full name, address and order number. This will already be inside your parcel, on your order confirmation form. Without this, we will be unable to locate your order.

Please allow up to 14 days for the returns/exchange process to be completed once received by us. You will be notified via email when your return/exchange is completed.
